Who we are
JLuxeAi (registered in Singapore as JLUXEAI.COM, UEN 53530278M) builds websites and sets up online presence for small businesses in Singapore.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, type of business and area, if you put them in a message to us.
- Your phone number, which WhatsApp shows us when you send a message.
- Your email address, if you email us.
- Anything else you choose to tell us or send us about your business.
The forms on this website do not save or send anything by themselves. They write a WhatsApp message for you, and you decide whether to press send.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To carry out a digital presence check you asked for.
- To prepare a quote and do the work if you become a client.
We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
How it is kept
Messages stay in our WhatsApp Business and email accounts. Client records are kept in files that only JLuxeAi can open. We keep your details for as long as we are in discussion or working together. After that, tell us if you want them deleted and we will delete them.
Cookies, analytics and other services
- If you tap Accept, the website loads Google Analytics. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga, and counts visits, which pages and buttons were used, and roughly where visitors come from (country or city, type of device, and the website or app that sent you).
- Google Analytics does not give us your name, phone number or email, and we do not send it any. We use the numbers only to see which parts of the site help, and to improve it. There is no advertising tracking.
- If you tap Decline, or do nothing, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser so the notice does not keep coming back. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
- Google keeps this analytics data for up to 14 months. How Google handles it is set out in Google's privacy policy.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts and sample photos load from Unsplash. Like any website request, your browser shows those services your IP address when it fetches the files.
- The website is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs.
- Messages you send go through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
The sample websites
The sample businesses on this site are invented, and their reviews and ratings are illustrations. A booking message sent from a sample page comes to JLuxeAi, not to a real salon.

Email hello@jluxeai.com or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what you would like to see, correct or have deleted, and we will reply.
